The front end is the user surface offered by the respective service provider.

We guarantee to our customers that the latest releases are in use here. Availability of services always is key: Therefore we tackle all arising front end - problems together with the user. Release installation is executed in due arrangement with the customer. Thus it can be secured that time slots for release changes are found, which are less critical to user productivity.

Also, if new employees want to use the market data information system for the first time or additionally, we are there to help and support. We co-ordinate hard- and software roll-out, to insure that new staff can productively work from the first minute onward. It goes without saying that we also take care of accounting and licence administration.
